TRADITIONAL STYLE PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
I currently offer a full range of styles for your products. From the more basic and traditional White Background popular for ecommerce sites such as eBay or Amazon, through to coloured or Black Backgrounds to suit your needs. For a more professional look, I can either shoot your products with Shadows or Reflections or add them in during post production. For those products best viewed in a realistic setting I can also arrange a Lifestyle shoot.
BASIC WHITE BACKGROUND
A White Background shot is the most basic type of Product Photography, yet the most popular and effective to make your products stand out.
If you use Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc. then these type of shots are required but will suit most other ecommerce sites.
If required for Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc. I can also provide detailed shots to show clearer details and features.
TRANSPARENT/COLOURED BACKGROUND
Not all images require a white background and depending on your needs to suit a particular website background colour or marketing material, you may opt for a colour or transparent background.
For Colour / Transparent Background images, I provide these in a ‘PNG’ (Portable Network Graphic) file format. PNG files use lossless compression so it is much easier to change the colour of the background and also supports an ‘alpha channel’ which provides the transparent background.
REFLECTIONS & SHADOWS
Reflections are just totally classy! As you can see from my example a reflection can make all the difference between just browsing your products to catching your customer’s eye.
Reflections can be achieved in a few ways, by using a nice glossy surface for the shot or they can be added in during post production of your images, either way, your products will look stunning.
Similarly, Shadows can have a nice affect on products to give them volume and stand out from the background, again these can be done in shot with refined lighting or in post production.
GHOST MANNEQUIN
Ghost Mannequin Photography is perfect for e-commerce and is a very effective way to market your products.
If you are in the apparel business, you want to bring the in-store experience to your web store or social media to demonstrate fit and shape in your product photos without any distractions from models, visible mannequins, or style settings.
Ghost photography is a simple and powerful technique for apparel product photography and done right by an experience photographer can make your products stand out from the crowd and make your customers shopping experience so much better.
LIFESTYLE
Lifestyle shots are more than just a basic product shot. This style of Product Photography is generally used in more premium segments of advertising and places your product in a real-life-like context as part of a life scene or in action.
Lifestyle shots can be created with or without a model depending on the product and of course your budget.

Single Product Photography is based on a standard product sized item less than 40cm x 40cm. Specialized products such as reflective jewellery, mirrored objects, flashing lights etc. will be priced on application due to the extra time required to set up the shot or post production of combining images.

Hero Shot Product Photography
Hero shots are highly stylised and polished shots of your products often with the use of props, specialised lighting and effects. As such, these type of shots are time consuming to set up and shoot. A considerable amount of extra work also goes into the post production process to ensure your shot is of the highest quality.
